What is Pyrography?

Pyrography is the art of burning an image onto a surface; usually wood or leather. It is a very versatile Art Form because it allows the artist freedom to create a vast range of images on any wood or leather surface. The art of Pyrography can be used, either to create pictures, or for decorating items such as picture frames, doorstops, furniture and so on.
This is just one example of my work. Pieces are available at various venues as well as by contacting me directly.
